a) Data voluntarily provided by the user. Through the contact form or by writing via email/WhatsApp, the user may provide: first and last name, email address, phone number, plant type and the content of the message.
b) Browsing data. The IT systems running the site acquire, during normal operation, certain technical data (IP address, browser type, time of the request) necessary for the functioning of the site and anonymous with respect to the user.

3. Purposes and legal basis of processing
Personal data is processed to:
- respond to requests for quotes and information sent via the contact form, email or WhatsApp (pre-contractual measures — art. 6, par. 1, lett. b GDPR);
- fulfil any legal, accounting and tax obligations (legal obligation — art. 6, par. 1, lett. c GDPR);
- protect the Controller's rights in court (legitimate interest — art. 6, par. 1, lett. f GDPR).
4. Processing methods and retention
Processing is carried out using IT and/or paper tools, with security measures suitable to prevent unauthorised access, disclosure or destruction of data. Data provided through the contacts is kept for the time necessary to fulfil the request and, in the event of a contractual relationship, for the terms required by civil and tax law (10 years). Data not linked to a contractual relationship is deleted within 24 months of the last contact.
5. Disclosure and dissemination of data
Data is not disseminated or sold to third parties. It may be disclosed to: technical and hosting service providers (as data processors), tax and legal consultants, and public authorities in cases provided by law.
WhatsApp: by choosing to contact us via WhatsApp, the conversation is managed through the platform of WhatsApp Ireland Ltd., subject to its own privacy policy.

Data is processed within the European Union. Any use of third-party services with servers outside the EU (e.g. WhatsApp/Meta, Google Fonts) takes place in compliance with the guarantees set out in Articles 44 et seq. GDPR.
