Terms and Conditions of Service

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, the "Terms") govern access to the website www.teknogreenservice.com (hereinafter, the "Site") and the provision of cleaning, inspection and maintenance services for photovoltaic systems by drone offered by TeknoGreenService, VAT 00000000000 (hereinafter, the "Provider" or "TeknoGreenService"). By using the Site or requesting a service, the customer (hereinafter, the "Customer") declares that they have read, understood and fully accepted these Terms.

1. Subject of the services

TeknoGreenService offers, by way of example and not exhaustively, the following services:

  • drone cleaning of photovoltaic panels on roofs, warehouses, greenhouses and ground-mounted plants;
  • visual and thermographic inspections of systems;
  • scheduled maintenance plans;
  • ancillary services agreed in writing from time to time.

The specific features of each intervention are described in the quote accepted by the Customer.

2. Quotes and conclusion of the contract

All quotes issued by TeknoGreenService are free of charge and non-binding for the Customer. The contract is concluded upon written acceptance of the quote by the Customer (by email, digital signature or other equivalent means). Quotes are valid for 30 (thirty) days from the date of issue, unless otherwise indicated.

3. Prices and payments

  • Prices are those indicated in the quote and are exclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated.
  • Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due according to the methods and deadlines shown in the quote or invoice.
  • In the event of late payment, default interest will be due pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2002.
  • TeknoGreenService reserves the right to suspend services in the event of non-payment, subject to written notice.

4. Customer obligations

The Customer undertakes to:

  • provide correct and complete information about the system, its location and the access conditions to the intervention site;
  • ensure the availability of the drone take-off and landing area and the absence of unreported obstacles;
  • obtain, where required, authorisations from owners, condominiums, network operators or other third parties;
  • secure people, animals and movable property in the intervention area for the duration of the work;
  • report in advance any anomalies, pre-existing damage or particular constraints of the system.

5. Execution of interventions

  • Interventions are scheduled by mutual agreement. Weather conditions (wind, rain, visibility) may require flights to be postponed for safety reasons: in this case the intervention will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
  • Drone operations are carried out in compliance with ENAC regulations and Regulation (EU) 2019/947, by pilots holding the required qualifications.
  • TeknoGreenService does not guarantee a specific increase in plant yield, which depends on factors independent of the intervention (irradiation, orientation, condition of the modules, etc.).

6. Liability and insurance

  • TeknoGreenService is covered by liability insurance for damage caused to third parties during flight operations.
  • TeknoGreenService is not liable for damage resulting from inaccurate information provided by the Customer, unreported pre-existing conditions of the system or force majeure.
  • Any damage must be reported in writing within 7 (seven) days of the intervention, accompanied by photographic documentation.
  • In any case, TeknoGreenService's overall liability is limited to the amount of the fee agreed for the individual intervention.

7. Withdrawal and cancellation

  • The Customer may cancel a scheduled intervention without penalty with at least 48 hours' notice.
  • In the event of cancellation with shorter notice, TeknoGreenService may charge the mobilisation costs already incurred.
  • For consumer customers, the 14-day right of withdrawal provided by the Consumer Code for distance contracts remains unaffected, with the legal exceptions for services already performed.

8. Intellectual property

All Site content (texts, images, logos, graphics, videos) is the property of TeknoGreenService or of the respective owners and is protected by copyright law. Any unauthorised reproduction or use is prohibited.

9. Privacy and data processing

Personal data is processed in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018. For more information, please refer to the Privacy Policy published on the Site.

10. Limitation of Site liability

The information contained on the Site is for informational purposes only. TeknoGreenService does not guarantee the absence of errors or service interruptions and is not liable for damage arising from the use of the Site or the impossibility of accessing it.

11. Changes to the Terms

TeknoGreenService reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective from the date of publication on the Site. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of the contracts, the court of the place where TeknoGreenService has its registered office shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to the application of mandatory consumer protection rules.
